Frequently Asked Questions

All business professionals who are looking to increase their sales and gain valuable leadership skills.
Each chapter within the program is on average 10-15 minutes; however we recommend viewing each chapter 3-5 times.
The recommended process is to print the downloadable “Action Guide” for note-taking, and view each Chapter multiple (3 to 5) times, taking notes each time. One viewing to get it done is not nearly as effective as multiple viewings enabling the participant to internalize the content for reflexive application of the skills. Take and pass the quiz at the end of each chapter and go to the next one.
At the end of each Chapter there is a short quiz of six questions on the content. Participants must score at least 80% (5 out of 6) correct answers to pass. Upon the successful completion of all quizzes, the participant will have gained their designation, and receive a certificate of completion and accomplishment. We recommend they use their new designation on their business cards and promotional/social media efforts.
The beauty of the U.S. Learning VT software/system is that you will have the capability, as a manager, to go into the system and see exactly what progress each participant has made, how much time they have spent studying the curriculum, and how many quizzes they have successfully passed. This will give you a thorough accountability process of monitoring and tracking the progress of each participant. It is also a great tool for you to coach and manage them with enhanced insight.
For best results we recommend that you view the Courses and Chapters in order.
Yes. The content has variable sophistication, but it is designed to provide valuable takeaways for ALL leadership/management professionals.
Not really. If a participant will take notes, and view each Chapter our recommended minimum of three times, he/she will usually pass the quiz on the first try.
Yes. With the U.S. Learning VT system, you can work at the pace you and your manager agree is reasonable. Some people like to have the system available to them for an entire year to view, get certified, and then have opportunities to refresh on the content.
